  • Yes, there is all free parking down Southbury Road near the clinic. There is also the car parks of TGI fridays, and the cinema complex which are free to use and only a 5 minute walk from the clinic.

  • The location is close to the A10/M25, there can sometimes be delays so always check the maps and directions well before attending.

    The Train Stations closest by operate by National Rail Overground (Liverpool Street Line). These are Enfield Town, Southbury Station, or Bush Hill Park.

    The Great Northern overground line will stop at Enfield Chase Station.

    The Picadilly line stops at Oakwood Station, to which a 15 minute bus journey will stop straight outside the clinic on Southbury Road.

    Many buses can be used to reach the destination of the clinic, the stop you need to get off is called ‘Percival Road’.

  • Mad Microblading can only accept cash on the day. There is no physical card machine due to no signal/reception in the location of the clinic.

  • Perfection cannot be rushed. Please allow 2-3 hours for your tattoo appointments.

    Top up (2nd) appointments are usually 45 minutes - 1 hour.

  • All of my clients quite literally say “Oh, is that it?”

    Use of a topical anaesthetic, along with a super light, experienced pressure ensures you will have an enjoyable experience. It is described as feeling a little scratchy or similar to tweezing before the numbing is used, but completely fine and bearable!

    Please note, skin will be more sensitive during the week of your menstrual cycle, so it is advised to book with this in mind.

  • YES! The treatment is only done superficially in between the top two layers of skin, the epidermis and the dermis. The hair follicle starts way down below this, I do not touch the follicles in any way, so your hair is safe!

  • This is discussed thoroughly in the consultation, I will always go by the natural root of your hair (head and brow), but also determine the undertone of your skin. Lots of colour theory is used but rest assured, they will match your brows, or can be slightly darker if desired.

  • This is what I can help with! I measure the proportions and ratios of your facial structure, and draw the shape with a pencil, constantly checking for symmetry. I let you see this shape multiple times in the mirror, and can keep adjusting the shape until you are happy.

  • We can discuss all the services in the consultation. Some treatments will produce better results depending on your skin type (oily/dry skin), so all contributing factors will be spoken about to help you decide.

  • Yes, the products used are safe and are compliant with the EU regulations.

    They do not contain PPD (paraphenylenediamine), or nasty ingredients, they are free from heavy metals and additives.

    All products are of the highest quality, and are specifically formulated for facial cosmetic tattooing.

    All MSDS documents (Material Safety Data Sheets) for the Phibrows formulas used are available to read should you need to.

  • After 1 year is the minumum time, I refrain from seeing clients before this as I want to ensure the skin stays healthy with no scar tissue.

    I usually see repeat clients after 2-3 years for a colour boost!

  • To prepare for your brow appointment, please follow:

    Check with Cienna about any medications you are taking, as you may not be able to have the treatment done. Use the contact form for this.

    Read and electronically sign the consent form that has been sent to your email.

    Do not drink alcohol for 48 hours before the appointment. It thins the blood and affects the procedure.

    Do not take aspirin / paracetamol just before the appointment. This also thins the blood and can make the skin sensitive.

    Do not have caffeine on the day, the muscles need to be relaxed to achieve best results.

    Stay hydrated and drink 2L water daily for smooth skin and best retention, in the week leading up to the appointment. (This should be always)

    Do not get the skin waxed or threaded within 72 hours of the appointment, as it will be sensitive or broken, and could cause a reaction.

  • To prepare for your lip appointment, please follow:

    Check with Cienna about any medications you are taking, as you may not be able to have the treatment done.

    If you suffer from coldsores, the virus is always within the skin, active or dormant. Tattoo will trigger a cold sore and will effect the retention of results. Please get a prescription from your doctor and take this daily for 2 weeks before your appointment, to prevent an outbreak.

    Keep hydrated and drink 2L water daily for smooth skin on the lips and best retention, in the week leading up to the appointment. (This should be always). Keep the lips constantly moisturised.

    Read and electronically sign the consent form that has been sent to your email.
