Deposit

A £50 deposit is needed to secure all bookings. Once a suitable appointment day and time has been decided, and deposit is paid, the full home clinic address, the consent form and further information will be sent to you to prepare you for the appointment.

Cancellations

A 48 hour policy is in place. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of deposit and a new booking with a new deposit will have to be made.

Lateness

Arrivals 20 minutes or later usually can not be seen and the deposit will be lost, as it cuts into the following clients appointment time. Cienna simply cannot rush any treatment. Please contact Cienna to advise her of any changes to the appointment.

Please ensure to check the maps and directions well before attending, as the location is close to the A10/M25, there can sometimes be delays with traffic.

The train stations closest by operate by National Rail Overground (Liverpool Street Line). These are Enfield Town, Southbury Station, or Bush Hill Park. The Great Northern overground line will stop at Enfield Chase Station.

Refunds

Unfortunately, no refunds are issued at any time. Only in the event where a client has an allergic skin reaction to the patch test, will a deposit be refunded as we could not go ahead with the treatment.
